How early should couples start planning their wedding and Hire a wedding coordinator?
Anywhere from 9-12 months prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to plan for too long. I recommend hiring your wedding coordinator right away, even for the ‘day of’ package. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the coordinator is available for your wedding date.

If my venue has a venue coordinator, do I still need to hire a coordinator?
Yes you do! A venue coordinator is there to represent the venue. Their main focus will be on venue related issues. They do not coordinate your timeline and work between your other vendors. A coordinator in there to represent you and run your entire day. They will be there to answer guest and vendor questions and tackle any behind the scenes issues.

What type of packages do you offer?
We offer 3 packages depending on what type of service the bride is looking for and how much assistance is needed. We offer Event Management Experience, which is Day Of Coordinating. We offer a Partial Coordinating Experience, which is a mid-level package. And, we offer our Full Wedding Coordinating Experience, which is our full- service package. What is your payment policy?
Upon booking, a $250 deposit is due. The remaining balance can be broken up into monthly payments, with the final payment due two weeks before your big day.
